I'm a social media manager driven by my passion for both the digital world and supporting the TMS community.

Having navigated 15+ years of chronic TMS pain, which led to significant personal challenges such as losing my job and my marriage, I intimately understand the profound impact these symptoms have.

Now, on my journey to recovery, I'm leveraging my expertise in social media alongside my desire to aid others in overcoming TMS. My three years of dedicated study in social media management, coupled with hands-on experience managing accounts for both a charity and a start-up, have equipped me with a versatile skill set—from crafting engaging content to designing compelling graphics.
